Health and safety

SliceItNow involves physical activity, including squats, side steps, jumps and reaches. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant.

Play in a clear space with enough room to move, away from furniture, people, pets and fragile objects. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

SliceItNow is for entertainment and general fitness only. It is not medical advice, and calorie and rep counts are estimates.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SliceItNow on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Free features and SliceItNow Pro

SliceItNow is free to download and includes the Starter Week program, Quick Play modes and 3 Classic lives per day.

SliceItNow Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all programs and unlimited Classic lives. It is offered at $49.99 per year with a 3-day free trial, or $7.99 per month. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If you start a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds and restoring purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you reinstall SliceItNow or use a new device, tap Restore Purchases in Settings to restore your subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, modify or interfere with the app or its servers, manipulate scores or progress, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

SliceItNow, including its design, graphics, sounds and software, is owned by ChiChi Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SliceItNow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChiChi Studio is not liable for any injury, damage or loss arising from your use of the app, including injuries from physical activity.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Apple

These terms are between you and ChiChi Studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for SliceItNow or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change or discontinue features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access if you breach these terms.
